So all-in-all this is more true to the guide than I've ever been. I have enough space now that things don't necessarily need to be pushed over in the most congested areas. This is the biggest resurgence recreating the guide I've felt in a long time, and I don't want to feel confined by my longstanding personal aesthetic hangups. I can't quite tell you yet what, but I think its safe to say I will be abandoning my signature double lane roads, for the sake of being more accurate. I know there will be some very different looks when I restore it to normal. Not everything is where its supposed to be, but I would guess this is 96% on point. I need to put back the roads and decorations, and pay for a few more land spots, which I still can't afford with in-game cash. There is nothing but retail value farming going on. Pay no attention to my Springfield heights area for now. I'm also glad I got a chance to screen cap a panorama of it to show you that it can work. This method has saved me a lot of time and sanity. We have new land on three sides, and so moving every single piece over incrementally would have been impossible. I am using my patented grey checkered method across my entire town to match up the square spaces of land to my grid overlay. You could probably call this my Guide Town 2.0. The changes I've made are pretty drastic.

I just wanted to drop a quick update for my town, to let you folks know where I'm at. Add bartlagos if you really want to see how its done. It does my OCD proud to see a guide follower reigning supreme. I didn't even think it was possible, much less put him in a distant #2.
I've never seen brett in the #2 spot on any event leaderboard. <- This guy: Not only is his town on point with the guide, but he also happens to be dominating my leaderboard, with a 320,000,000 real estate value lead on the number 2 spot, occupied by TSTO legend, and titan of the game, brettolmsted. Oh, and Big Big shout out to a guide follower going by the name of bartlagos. Looking forward to more guide followers in my neighbour list. If you PM me first though, I will not deny you. I delete a lot of stranger requests from people who don't PM me first, especially ones with numbers in their names, (ei: coolgu圓40987) I know its bad that I am biased against number names, but when you have so many impersonal friend requests, you have to be biased somehow. Just please PM me first to tell me you want to be neighbours, and specify if your name is different so that I can keep an eye out for it. I can accept invites, but I can't invite you myself. I swear it is a glitch in my game, that prevents me from adding people. I can't send you a request, so you will have to send it to me. I wouldn't have said that when I was a moderator, but now I'm just a regular, and my friend requests are more manageable. I also just want to say if you would like to be my neighbour and follow along with my guide, go ahead and add me.
